To have the JW202 Form necessary for student visa sealed on time, please be advised that:

1. As is the case in our school, the 3rd week of each semester is scheduled for this issue,
　 which will take about a whole week.That for the 2nd semester of 2008-2009 school year is
　 scheduled for 23 Feb. 2009.

2. If you are concerned, do deliver the necessary materials by Monday of the 3rd week when
　 a new semester starts.

3. Only one opportunity is available each semester for this purpose. Therefore, please check
　 the term of validity of your child’s student visa, and don’t miss the opportunity.

2. Registration Form For Foreign Students in Guangzhou
3. Certification of School
4. Admission Notification
　 (The above four forms to be provided and sealed by School!!)
5. Student Passport, original (and copy of photo-page and validity page)

비자 (JW202표)  소식

 

저희 학교 외국 국적 학생들의 유학생 비자 신청시 제출해야 하는 중요한 서류중 하나인 JW202표는 문교부 및 시정부의 직인이 필요하기때문에 아래와 같은 절차로 처리할 것입니다.

 

1.             저희 학교의 실황에 따라 직인을 처리하는 시간은 신학기 3번째 주로 정했습니다. 처리 시간은 1주 정도 걸립니다. 2008/09학년도 2학기는 2009년 2월23일에 처리할 예정이오니 이번 유학생 비자를 신청해야 하는 학생의 부모님들께서는 염두에 두시기 바랍니다.

2.             유학생 비자 신청이 필요한 학생은 반드시 개학 후 3 번째 주의 월요일 전 까지 해당 서류를 학교 입학 사무실(招生辦) 에 제출해야 합니다.

3.             학기마다 딱 한번만 접수를 받으니 학부모님께서는 자녀의 여권 비자 유효 기간을 자세히 확인하시고, 이번 학기의 처리 시간을 놓치지 않도록 유념하시기 바립니다.

6.            보증인(광쩌우 호구를 가진 사람이어야 합니다)에 대한 공증서인 성낙서 사본
